During the rainy season in Madagascar, whirlwinds travel inland from the ocean and soak the island in storms. Tail of Heaven is a translation of the Malagasy word rambonitra, which means ‘water spout’ — it’s believed that the rains carry spirits within them. Like an apparition twisting into fluid form, light and shadow float across the lengths of our ombre panels, each housing its own soul.
Tail of Heaven is offered by the panel. Due to pure linen’s natural variations, the length of panels may differ, plus or minus 3%.
